INTEGRATION · MEDICAL-GRADE EQUIPMENT
Fitting out a theatre, not a meeting room.
Approved supplier of medical-grade video equipment. We install, integrate and maintain audiovisual systems built for the operating environment — where asepsis and electromagnetic compatibility are not optional.
TECHNICAL CHAIN
From theatre to audience, in three links.
Every installation follows the same logic. What changes is the number of sources and the distance to cover.
01 · LOCAL SITE
Operating room — Full HD cameras, laparoscopy stack, microscope
Second operating room, linked to the same control room
Conference room — display screens and audio return
02 · TRANSMISSION
Fibre network link, with automatic failover
Satellite link where the site lacks sufficient bandwidth
Cellular bonding as backup on remote sites
03 · REMOTE SITE
Remote theatre — two-way exchange between surgeons
Webcast — interactive streaming with live Q&A
Congress hall — projection, sound and interpreting
WHAT WE INSTALL
Equipment that's allowed into the theatre.
Supply, integration and commissioning. We work with what you already have wherever it can be kept.
01
Cameras and video sources
Full HD and 4K room cameras, surgical light cameras, integration of existing laparoscopy stacks, microscopes and robotic systems.
02
Display screens
Theatre monitors, video walls for the control room, conference room screens. Panels chosen to suit viewing distance and lighting.
03
Transmission systems
Encoders, video routers, network and satellite links. Bandwidth sized to the number of feeds and the acceptable latency.
04
Conference rooms
Sound, projection, fixed control room, interpreting booths and interactive voting. The audience is part of the installation.
CONSTRAINTS
Why a general AV integrator isn't enough.
An operating theatre won't take the equipment you install anywhere else. Three requirements our team knows inside out.
01 · ASEPSIS
Asepsis rules
Equipment compatible with decontamination protocols, wipeable surfaces, movement patterns respected, no floor cabling inside the sterile field.
02 · EMC
Electromagnetic compatibility
No equipment may interfere with the electrosurgical unit, patient monitors or imaging. Patient safety comes before the picture.
03 · CONTINUITY
No disruption to care
Works are scheduled around the surgical timetable. A theatre out of use costs the hospital more than the installation itself.
MAINTENANCE
We maintain what we install.
We maintain the products we sell and install, working directly with the manufacturers' service teams. You won't be refereeing between three suppliers when a screen fails the day before a congress.
CONTACT
The same technician who did the install
SERVICE
Direct line to the manufacturers, no middleman
PREVENTIVE
Checks before every broadcast event
SCALABLE
Adding sources to an existing installation
